Just Past 13

Good Monday Morning Prayer Warriors,
Well at the end of last week we past the 13 week mark. Yup our little one is now getting older and getting bigger. Just about the size of a peach now! We bought an at home doppler last week so we could hear the baby's heartbeat whenever we wanted and it was the best money we've spent to hear such a miracle!

When we sent out our first email nearly 2 months ago we asked for you to pray the Memorare with us and we originally wanted to lift up 5,000 to Mother Mary. It turns out you, and your friends and family who have prayed with us, are more generous then we expected and in the past 8 weeks there have been over 17,000 Memorares sent up to heaven for our child. We really cannot express the full extent of our gratitude for all these prayers, and we know there were others out there praying who I'm sure we didn't count.

In our original post we talked about just praying until March 22, to get our baby through the first trimester but we would love it if you could still pray for our child - and if you would like you can send us your Memorare count and we'll continue to update it here.

Again, we are so so grateful for your prayers in this miracle that we have. We really believe that this child is a miracle and that your prayers have helped keep this miracle alive and growing. Thanks again and have a wonderful and blessed Holy Week!

Love,
Kevin & Megan

Benedict's Photo Album

Megan shared this with me today and I have only gotten about halfway through it but I wanted to share it with you, in case you haven't seen it. Below is the link on the Vatican's site that shares a beautiful photo album reflection on the papacy of Benedict XVI. The captions below each picture are his own words from letters, encyclicals, audiences and homilies that he gave over the past 8 years. After each quote is a link to the original document. I pray that you read, reflect and enjoy the images and quotes from the 265th successor of Peter!
